Korntex Poly-Cotton T-Shirt – Comfortable workwear T-shirt with reflective strips
The Korntex Poly-Cotton T-Shirt combines high comfort with functional reflective elements and is the ideal choice for work, leisure and daily wear. Available in dark blue and black , the workwear T-shirt offers a modern look and is perfect for trades, logistics, service, warehouse, industry and many other applications.
The t-shirt features two 5 cm wide reflective strips around the body and one reflective strip on each shoulder . These improve visibility in low-light conditions. Note: Due to the dark colour variants dark blue and black this model does not meet the requirements of EN ISO 20471 and is not high-visibility protective clothing.
The breathable polyester outer side ensures high durability and supports moisture transport, while the soft cotton inner side provides a pleasant feel on the skin. The high-quality piqué fabric makes the work T-shirt especially durable and shape-retaining – ideal for daily use.
With a UV protection factor UPF 40+ according to EN 13758 the t-shirt offers additional protection when working outdoors. Available in sizes S to 7XL.

EN 17353 – Enhanced visibility clothing for medium-risk situations
EN 17353 is the European standard for enhanced visibility clothing. It is intended for people working or moving in medium-risk areas where improved conspicuity is important but the requirements of EN ISO 20471 are not necessary.
The standard combines fluorescent materials, which improve visibility in daylight, with retroreflective elements that reflect light from vehicles or other light sources in darkness or poor visibility. Depending on the application, clothing may contain fluorescent material only, reflective elements only, or a combination of both.
Clothing complying with EN 17353 is suitable for cyclists, delivery services, service and maintenance personnel, leisure activities and work on company premises or in areas with low to medium traffic volumes. It improves visibility and helps reduce the risk of accidents.
Important: EN 17353 does not replace EN ISO 20471. In high-risk work areas, or where high-visibility clothing is required by law, certified high-visibility clothing complying with EN ISO 20471 must still be worn.
EN 13758 / EN 13758-1 – UV protective clothing
EN 13758 is the European standard for UV protective clothing. It specifies how effectively textiles protect against harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Clothing certified to this standard helps protect the skin from intense sunlight during outdoor work or activities.
EN 13758-1 describes the test methods and material requirements. It determines the Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF), which indicates how effectively a fabric blocks UV radiation. The higher the UPF, the better the protection against harmful UV radiation.
UV protective clothing complying with EN 13758 is particularly suitable for people who regularly work outdoors or spend long periods in the sun. Typical applications include construction, road maintenance, logistics, agriculture, gardening and landscaping, municipal services and outdoor leisure activities.
When choosing a product, look for valid EN 13758 or EN 13758-1 certification. UV protective clothing provides reliable protection from solar radiation and complements other protective measures such as sunscreen or headwear.
