Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the korntex.ch online shop (hereinafter “online shop”). The operator of the online shop is korntex.ch (hereinafter “provider”).
The provider may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force when the contract is concluded shall apply. Any differing terms and conditions of the customer are not recognised.
1. General provisions
The offer is intended exclusively for persons resident or domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Shipping is only available to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding.
2. Shipping
Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post. The customer’s delivery address must be easily accessible to the delivery service; otherwise, the customer shall bear any additional costs arising from delivery.
It is at the provider’s discretion whether the order is sent in one or more parcels or as a letter.
3. Availability
Offers in the online shop are non-binding and are not to be understood as binding offers. Information on availability and delivery times is provided without guarantee and may change at any time.
4. Prices
The prices shown in the online shop are the prices actually payable. They include VAT, any passed-on public charges, copyright levies, advance recycling fees and any other surcharges of any kind that cannot be freely selected. Shipping costs are charged separately and shown in the shopping basket.
The provider reserves the right to change the prices published in the online shop at any time. The purchase price applicable is the price at the time the order is placed.
5. Conclusion of contract
When the customer orders an item in the online shop, the customer submits an offer to the provider to conclude a purchase contract. Once the provider has received the offer, the customer receives an automatically generated acknowledgement of receipt. This acknowledgement does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer by the provider and does not guarantee that the item can actually be delivered. The purchase contract is concluded when the provider confirms the order and issues the invoice to the customer.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of CHF 10 net per order, regardless of whether the order is sent in one or more parcels or as a letter. For orders of CHF 100.– net or more, shipping within the delivery area is free of charge.
7. Inspection and notification obligation
If the ordered goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer must immediately complain to the delivery service and refuse acceptance. Transport damage must be reported to the provider.
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, correctness and damage. Defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt. In this case, the customer must not put the goods into use and must retain the original packaging. If the complaint is accepted by the provider, the customer must follow the provider’s instructions for returning the goods.
8. Warranty
The provider warrants to the customer for a period of 2 years after delivery that the purchased item is free from defects. The provider may choose which of the following measures it will use to fulfil the warranty:
- - Repair
- - Replacement with a new product
- - Replacement with an equivalent repaired or used product
- - Credit of the purchase price
- - Price reduction
The warranty does not cover consumable and wear parts, hygiene articles or light sources, rechargeable batteries, batteries, etc.
If the product is repaired or replaced, any data stored on the product will neither be backed up nor transferred and will be lost. The provider accepts no liability for loss of data.
The customer is not entitled to a replacement device for the duration of a repair.
If it is determined that there is no defect, the customer shall bear the inspection costs and shipping costs.
Statutory warranty provisions are excluded.
9. Right of return
There is no right to return purchased items.
Return of an item is always excluded if it is delivered to the customer after customisation. Customisation includes, but is not limited to: printing, embroidery, visual modification, etc.
10. Payment
The customer must make payments in Swiss francs. The following payment options are available:
Invoice, credit card, Google Pay, Twint, Apple Pay, PayPal

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate privacy policy (korntex.ch), which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Severability clause
If any provision of this contract is or becomes invalid, or if the contract contains a gap, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
