The Korntex Hi-Vis 2-in-1 Bodywarmer combines certified warning protection with a modern, reversible design. Thanks to its innovative 2-in-1 reversible function the warning protection bodywarmer can be flexibly adapted to different applications and offers both maximum visibility and a subtle casual look.
The Hi-Vis side features two 5 cm wide reflective strips around the body as well as one reflective strip on each shoulder and meets the requirements of EN ISO 20471. It ensures excellent visibility during day, dusk and low-light conditions and is ideal for construction, crafts, logistics, industry, transport and many other professional fields.
For everyday work, the bodywarmer offers thoughtful equipment including two front pockets, a smartphone pocket, a pen holder and a D-ring for attaching equipment or keys.
The reversible side appears as a modern black quilted vest, which can also be worn versatilely outside work. Two practical front pockets provide extra storage and complete the functional design.
Made from 100% polyester with a robust 300D Oxford coating, the 2-in-1 bodywarmer impresses with durability, comfortable wear and light padding for extra warmth.

EN ISO 20471 – High-visibility warning clothing
EN ISO 20471 is the Europe-wide standard for high-visibility warning clothing. It ensures that people can be recognised early in daylight, at dusk and in darkness. High-visibility clothing reduces the risk of accidents and is important wherever employees work near vehicles, machinery or other hazards.
The standard defines requirements for the fluorescent background material, the reflective strips and their arrangement and minimum surface area. Only products that meet these requirements may be certified to EN ISO 20471.
The standard distinguishes between three high-visibility classes:
- Class 1: For work areas with low risk potential and low traffic speeds, for example on company premises or in warehouse areas.
- Class 2: For medium-risk areas such as construction sites, logistics, waste management, industry, municipal services or work on roads with normal traffic volumes.
- Class 3: For work areas with high risk potential, for example road and motorway construction, rail environments, airports or work near fast-moving traffic. This class provides the highest level of visibility.
High-visibility clothing complying with EN ISO 20471 is used by construction companies, road maintenance services, logistics and transport companies, industrial and production facilities, emergency services, municipalities, and energy and waste-management companies, among others. In many sectors, wearing certified high-visibility clothing is required by law or forms part of company safety regulations.
